Selecting and Editing an Item
To select and edit an item:
1. Navigate to the Items view.
2. Press TAB until the list of items is selected.
3. To move up and down in the list of items, press the up and down arrow keys.
4. To edit the selected item, press CTRL+E.
5. To navigate the tabs in the item, press CTRL+TAB.
6. To select the current tab for editing, press CTRL+F12.
7. To scroll in the tab, press the arrow keys.
8. To navigate the fields in the tab, press TAB.
9. To edit a field containing a data filter, press TAB until the field is selected and then the down arrow key.
a. To filter the results list:
To filter the results list by text, press TAB to navigate to the text filter. Type a text string to match the desired query.
To apply attribute filters, press TAB to navigate to the that are filter and press SPACE.
b. Press TAB until the results list is selected
c. To move up and down in the results list, press the up and down arrow keys.
d. For a single value field, apply the selected data and close the data filter by pressing ENTER. For a multi-value field, apply the selected data by pressing CTRL +. To add additional data to a multi-value field, select the data from the list using the arrow keys and then press CTRL +. When you are finished adding data to a multi-value field, close the data filter by pressing ENTER.
10. To finish, do one of the following:
To commit the changes to the database and resume editing, press CTRL+S.
To commit the changes to the database and close the item, press CTRL+SHIFT+S.
To discard the changes and close the item, press ESCAPE. Press TAB until OK is selected and then press ENTER.
