Workflows and Documents: Integrity Lifecycle Manager 11.1 New Features
The following new features have been added to Workflows and Documents in Integrity Lifecycle Manager 11.1.
Ability to export a versioned document using Gateway
As of Integrity Lifecycle Manager 11.1, a versioned document can be exported using Gateway. Also, the exported file for the versioned document displays the versioned ID of the Integrity Lifecycle Manager document when changes are made to the <field> element in the Wizard configuration file.

The fields in the Gateway Import Wizard displays a pick list as per the attribute for the <query> tag specified in the configuration file
As of Integrity Lifecycle Manager 11.1, a pick list and a data filter panel are displayed for the fields after making the following changes to the Wizard configuration file -
• The <configurations version=> of the Wizard Configuration file should be set to 1.5.

The current Wizard configuration file is consistent with <configurations version=”1.4”>.

• A pick list is displayed for a particular field when <query> element is used along with the <field> attribute in the Wizard configuration file. For details, see “Import Configuration” in Integrity Lifecycle Manager Gateway User Guide 11.1.
• A data filter panel is displayed when <allowed-values> element is used for a particular field in the Wizard configuration file. For details, see “Importing Content from an External Document” in Integrity Lifecycle Manager Gateway User Guide 11.1.
