Active Time and Idle Time for a Creo Application
The interval of time in which there is interaction with the Creo user interface, such as moving the mouse pointer or clicking in a menu, is the working time in the application. During this time, the application is active and is using the license in the client application. The total working time from the start of the Creo session is the active time.
When there is no interaction with the Creo user interface, or the application window is minimized, the total time without activity is the idle time. After a predetermined interval of time in which the Creo client is in the idle state, the license is returned to the server.
At the end of the Creo session, the active and idle times are reported to the diagnostic tool.
