LOFT_EXTEND :LOFT_TYPE :TWO_FACES creates a loft between two parts and a workplane set between both parts.

Options

• :AUTO_WEIGHT - calculates the tangent weight for optimized loft shape.
• :START_EDGE_SIDE - specify :YES or :NO to toggle between the two neighboring face sets belonging to the first set of edges selected through :START_EDGES.
• :END_EDGE_SIDE - specify :YES or :NO to toggle between the two neighboring face sets belonging to the second set of edges selected through :END_EDGES.
• :LOFT_CHECK - specifies whether or not the integrity of the lofted part is checked.
• :MATCHLINE_CREATE - select a 2D point and a 3D point to complete the matchlines between the part(s) and the workplane set.
• :MATCHLINE_REMOVE - select a matchline to be removed.
• :START_EDGES - specifies the first set of edges for the loft operation.
• :END_EDGES - specifies the second set of edges for the loft operation.
• :PART - specifies the name of the part to be created or the part to which material will be added by the loft operation.
• :TOOL - specifies the workplane set for the loft operation.
• :START_TANGENT - specifies the tangency conditions for the first set of edges.
  • :FIXED - lofting is performed with user-defined tangency conditions.
    • :WEIGHT - specifies a weight (between 0.2 and 5) for the tangent. The greater this number, the stronger the pull of the tangent.
    • :DIRECTION - specifies the direction for the tangent.
    • :ALL_VX - specifies that the tangency condition applies to all vertices of the set of edges.
    • :SINGLE_VX - specifies that the tangency condition applies to a single vertex.
    • :DONE - completes the tangency definition.
  • :END_TANGENT - specifies the tangency conditions for the second set of edges. The suboptions are the same as for :START-TANGENT.
  • :TO_FACES - lofting is performed with a tangency condition for the neighboring faces.
    • :ADJACENT - specify :YES or :NO to toggle between the two adjacent faces.
    • :SMOOTH_ANGLE - specifies the angle for the tangent. This angle is measured with respect to the neighboring face.
    • :WEIGHT - specifies a weight (between 0.2 and 5) for the tangent. The greater this number, the stronger the pull of the tangent.
    • :DONE - completes the tangency definition.
  • :NO_TANGENT - specifies that the loft operation is performed without any tangency condition.
• :PREVIEW - provides a preview of the resulting loft.
