SET_WP_DEFAULT_MIN_SIZE specifies the minimum size of
future workplane borders, by defining lower left and upper
right 2D points.

This action has no options.
Use this action to set the minimum size of future workplanes.
The border contains:
- The workplane origin
- All real geometry
- At least a part of each infinite construction line
- The temporary local axis, if one is displayed.
As long as the setting is not cleared, the border will not
be displayed smaller than the minimum setting, even if the
geometry does not fill the area enclosed by the border.
The grid will only be displayed, and caught to, when the
grid points or lines are not too close together, in terms of
pixels. This means that there will be occasions where you
expect to see the grid, but will not. For example:
- If too small a grid spacing is specified.
- If you display the grid, and then zoom away from the workplane,
causing the pixel grid spacing to become too small.
- If you display the grid, and then rotate the view or the
workplane causing the pixel grid spacing to become too small.
The following parameter sequence sets a default border size.
