SET_WP_DEFAULT_CONSTR_COLOR sets the construction
geometry color for future workplanes.

This action has no options.
Use this action to set the color of construction geometry in new
workplanes. The values you enter must lie in the range 0.0
to 1.0.
The following parameter sequence sets the default color of new
construction geometry.
SET_WP_DEFAULT_CONSTR_COLOR :RGB_COLOR 1,0,0
Alternatively, you can use the HSL and RGB sliders on
the color menu to specify the default part color.
