CHANGE_PA_ID terminate action

CHANGE_PA_ID defines, changes, or clears the contents name (ID) of the selected part or assembly.

Syntax

Options

This action has no options.

When to use

Use this action to change the contents name (ID) of an existing part or assembly.

To clear the contents name, specify an empty string.

Example

The following parameter sequence changes the contents name of "/part1" to "/part2".

CHANGE_PA_ID "/part1" "/part2"

All part names must be entered enclosed by double quotes ( " " ).
