AM_DIM_STAGGER_LINE staggers an existing dimension line.

This command has no options. Simply click the begin and end points
of the segment of the dimension line to stagger, and then click the
new position for the end point of the stagger.
Use this action to stagger a dimension line to avoid obstructing features. This
is also useful if dimension lines overlap or become crowded. To reset a
staggered line to its original geometry, use the AM_DIM_RESET_LINE command.
