AM_DETACH_VIEW removes the associativity between ("detaches")
a 2D view in Annotation and the corresponding 3D view in OneSpace Designer.
---->(AM_DETACH_VIEW)----(:VIEW_2D)---|select 2D view|----->
- :VIEW_2D specifies the Annotation view to detach.
Use this action to detach Annotation views from the 3D views
with which they share associativity. After removing the
associativity between the 2D and 3D views, the Annotation
view can no longer be updated.
