AM_LOAD_DIM_TABLE loads a previously saved file of dimension
standards into the current Annotation session. The loaded
standards are displayed in the Dimension Standards table.

This command has no options. Simply specify the name of
the file containing the dimension standards to load.
Use this action to load a file of dimension standards into
the current Annotation session.
