POSITION_WP positions specified workplanes.

This action has no options.
Use this action to position workplanes in the global
coordinate system. The POSITION_WP_SA subaction is
called to enable precise positioning of your workplane.
The following parameter sequence repositions a specified,
existing workplane.
POSITION_WP "/wp1" :PT_PT_PT
[pick workplane origin]
[pick a point on the U axis]
[pick a point on the V axis]
All workplane names must be enclosed by double quotes (" ").
