AM_DIM_SET_STYLE sets the default dimension standard used for new
dimensions, and creates new dimension standards.

- :DIM_NAME specifies the dimension standard to be the default,
or the name for the new standard. Enter the name in double quotes.
- :GET_ALL specifies the AM_DIM_SET_STYLE command to set the
standard name given by :DIM_NAME as the default dimension
standard. It toggles with :PUT_ALL.
- :PUT_ALL specifies the AM_DIM_SET_STYLE command to set the
standard name given by :DIM_NAME to be the name of a new
dimension standard. (:YES confirms the definition of the
new style.) :PUT_ALL toggles with :GET_ALL.
Use this action to change the default dimension standard,
and to create a new one in the current session. Sets of
dimension standards can be saved for later use.
