Set the following Worker Configuration settings:
Short Timeout and Long Timeout: Helper—Sets the Short Timeout and the Long Timeout (in seconds) for the Helper. See Configuring Worker Helper Timeouts for more information.
Exit Adapter AfterConversions—Sets the number of jobs to process before restarting the worker.
Use Helper Restart—Restarts the worker when an adapter error occurs. Selected by default. If not selected the Worker and Helper processes shutdown and the Monitor process is used to restart the Helper and Worker.

Error Handling—Controls the exiting and restarting of the worker based on the error codes returned during publishing. Enter error codes in a space separated list into the relevant field for the actions that you want to occur as a result:
Fail Current Job On Following Errors—Lists the error codes that cause the current job to fail. where ever adapter throws this error for which WVS job will show JOB FAILED.
Batch Exits After Job on the Following Errors—Lists the error codes that cause the adapter to exit or abort after the job when any of these error code occurs. This recipe option is applicable only during batch mode conversions.
Worker Exits After Job on the Following Errors—Lists the error codes that cause the worker to exit or restart after the job when any of these error code occurs. This recipe options is applicable only during worker mode conversions. Helper restart functions if the worker is started by helper and the Use Helper Restart recipe options is enabled, otherwise if a specified error occurs, the worker exits.

In Publish mode the adapter ignores all abort error codes.
