Contact PTC Technical Support via the PTC Web site, phone, fax, or e-mail if you encounter problems using Creo View or the product documentation.
For complete details, see the Customer Support Guide. Then, select the tab of your choice from the guide.
The eSupport Services also provides a search facility for technical documentation of particular interest. Select Search the Knowledge Base and type the keywords for your search.
You must have a Service Contract Number (SCN) before you can receive technical support. Your Customer Number, Service Contract Number (SCN) and Sales Order Number (SON) can be found on your Shipment confirmation email received from PTC. If you do not have an SCN, select the Contact tab from the Customer Support Guide to locate the information.
