By default, the conversion of fonts from Cadence Allegro tools is enabled if the ECAD tool is installed and licensed on your machine. You can convert fonts from Allegro PCB Designer 16.6 and later, and Allegro Package Designer 16.6 and later, for these file types:

In Creo View, each character of the text is drawn to create an accurate graphical representation. Text can also be drawn using fonts. This reduces accurate graphical representation but also reduces the time to create the text and the generates smaller EDA files.
