Configuring the AEM Installation
Configuring the AEM installation is an important part of setting up Creo View Adapter for PDF. Follow the steps below to begin the configuration process.

If you accidentally exit the process, you can restart the Configuration Manager. Browse to your local AEM installation folder, under \configurationManager\bin directory, select the ConfigurationManager.bat file, and then right-click and choose Run as an administrator.
1. The Welcome to Adobe Experience Manager forms page opens. Click Next. The Upgrade Task Selection page opens.
2. Make sure that all check boxes are clear, and click Next. The Turnkey Mode page opens.
3. Select Express Mode, and then click Next. The Modules page opens.
4. Select the check boxes for these modules and clear all the others:
PDF Generator, version x.x.x.
Reader Extensions, version x.x.x. Select this option if you have purchased the Creo View PDF Review option. You will not be able to use it otherwise.
5. Click Next. The Configure turnkey JBoss SSL page opens.
6. Type your desired SSL information for the server in the text boxes.

Create a unique password.
Keep the default values for Certificate Alias and Keystore filename.
7. Make sure that the Skip configuration check box is cleared, then and click Configure JBoss SSL. The installer starts and configures JBoss, and a progress bar appears. The process may take some time. When the process is complete, click Next. The Adobe Experience Manager forms Installation Verification Sample (IVS) EAR files page opens.
8. Clear the Include IVS EARs in deployment set check box.
9. Click Next. The Express Mode page opens.
10. Click Start. The configuration and deployment process starts. This process takes a few minutes.
You have now completed the first part of the configuration. Click Next to continue to the next procedure to complete the configuration necessary to use Creo View Adapter for PDF.
