To Save a View as a 2D DXF File
1. Click File > Save Current View As > Save as 2D Vector File. The Save View As Vector dialog box opens.
2. In the File name box, type a name or accept the default.
3. In the Type box, select DXF.
4. Click Save. The Save View As Vector-Settings dialog box opens.
5. Under Save, select the sheets to save:
◦ All Sheets
◦ Current Sheet
6. In the DXF Version box, select a version for the file:
◦ 2013
◦ 2010
◦ 2007
◦ 2004
7. In the Units box, select a unit of measurement:
◦ Inch
◦ Millimeter
8. Click OK. The view is saved.
