Access the data this way to share a presentation with people who have a network connection to the specified Windchill server without copying the data with the presentation. The URL references are only available from Creo View MCAD, but you can use any edition of Creo View to view the configured Office documents. For an Office document to access data directly from Windchill, the server must be configured to use Basic Authentication. Form-based authentication is not supported. Each time the presentation is opened from Windchill, the username and password are required.
