About Profiles
Profiles are loaded with a standard and control the appearance of items, formats, and annotations in a 3D figure and schematic illustration. Profiles can also control the visibility of user-added content such as attributes and annotations at the item type level or to all items.
Profiles are defined in the standard.xml file.
The profile that is applied to a figure is displayed in the figure title bar.
