About Synchronizing the Cache with the Server
Working in a multi-user environment may often lead to situations where the objects in your workspace become outdated as others make changes to the data.
To manage such situations, the Creo application notifies you of the changes in the status of the objects in a status column in the Windchill HTML user interface and allows you to update the selected workspace items so that your workspace is updated with any server-side changes.

 Synchronizing the information between the cache and the server is available only if the workspace has access to the cache. This access is available through the active workspaces of the primary or secondary servers in the embedded browser only. |
