To Create a New Layer
To Create a New Layer
1.
In an open design, click
View
>
Layer Control
. The
Layer Control
dialog box opens.
2.
Click
New
. A new layer with a sequential layer number is added to the Layer list.
3.
Double click the layer name, or click
Rename
and type a new name.
4.
Configure the layer properties.
5.
Click
Apply
to apply the changes and continue configuring layer properties, or click
OK
.
