Omit Pattern Members in Creo Flexible Modeling
You can omit pattern members when propagating changes from one pattern member to others.
Release: Creo Parametric 4.0
Benefits and Description
You can watch a video that demonstrates this capability.
Propagating changes from one pattern member to other pattern members is more flexible. When you propagate a geometric change to a pattern member with tools on the Flexible Modeling tab such as Move, Offset, Modify Analytic, Rounds/Chamfers > Recognize Rounds and Rounds/Chamfers > Recognize Chamfers, you can omit individual pattern members. Simply click on the dots that represent individual pattern members to toggle between inclusion and exclusion of that member for the propagation. After completing the feature, the geometric changes are reflected for the members included in the propagation action.
This gives you more flexibility when working with recognized patterns within the Flexible Modeling.
