Prescribed Temperature Boundary Condition—Creo Simulation Live
A prescribed temperature is a thermal boundary condition that limits the temperature of your model. Use this boundary condition to set the temperature of selected surfaces. The temperature is applied uniformly to the surface.
To Define a Prescribed Temperature Boundary Condition
1. Click Live Simulation > Prescribed Temperature. The Temperature dialog box opens.
2. Enter a descriptive name, or accept the default name.
3. Select one or more surface to apply this boundary condition.
4. In the Temperature box, specify a real number, arithmetic expression or parameter name for the temperature.
5. Select the units of temperature form the list.
6. Click OK to create and save the boundary condition.
