Source
In the Flow Analysis Tree, under Domains, select a fluid domain to see the source in the Properties panel. If you select Create a New Source under the Heat module, you can introduce energy into a selected Volume. The possible sources for a selected Volume are Source Per Volume and Total Source. The sources that you create appear under Source in the Heat module in the Properties panel.
Heat Source Per Volume
Energy may be introduced into a selected Volume as a Heat Source Per Volume (Watts/m3). You can specify an Energy Source Per Volume for an existing Source in a selected Volume under the Heat Module in the Properties panel.
Total Heat Source
Energy may be introduced into a selected Volume as a Total Heat Source (Watts). You can specify a total source of heat for a source in a selected Volume under the Heat module in the Properties panel.
Remove This Source
The Remove This Source option under the Heat module allows you to remove an energy source in a selected volume. You can remove an existing Heat module source for a selected Volume under the Heat module in the Properties panel.

* If no source is created, the source heading is not visible. Multiple sources are numbered sequentially, such as Source 1, Source 2, Source 3, and onwards. If you remove a source, the remaining sources are renumbered starting at 1.
