To Round a Sharp Edge
1. On the Model tab, click the arrow next to Bend and then click Edge Bend. The Edge Bend tab opens.
2. Accept the default radius for the bend, type a new value in the box, or drag the handle.
3. Set the bend dimension location:
Click to dimension the radius from the outside surface of the wall.
Click to dimension the radius from the inside surface of the wall.
Click to dimension the radius according to the location controlled by the SMT_DFLT_RADIUS_SIDE parameter.
4. Click Placement. The Placement tab opens.
5. Select an edge or chain of edges to round.
6. To create a new set of edge bends, click New Set and add any additional edges to round. For each set, define any required dimensions.
7. To set a bend relief, click Relief and select the relief type from the list.
8. To set feature-specific bend allowance and calculate the developed length using a different method from that of the part, perform the following operations:
a. Click Bend Allowance. The Bend Allowance tab opens.
b. Click Use feature settings.
c. Perform one of the following operations:
Click By K factor or By Y factor and type a new factor value or select one from the list.
To use a bend table to calculate developed length for arcs, click By bend table. Use the default table, select a new one from the list, or click Browse to browse to a different table.

9. Click .
