To Set a Branch Start Point
1. Click
Set Start. The
Define Start dialog box opens.
2. Select one of the following references:
◦ Segment end
◦ Free fitting port
◦ Break point
◦ Corner
◦ Segment
|  Use the smart filters to aid selection. |
3. Under Parameters, select the specification, size, and the schedule of the branch.
| You cannot edit the Specification, Size, and the Schedule boxes if you select a corner. |
5. Drag the handle to change the offset distance or type a value in the box.
6. Click the arrow for the
Offset from options. These options are available when the new pipe size and the main pipe size are different.
7. Click OK.
