The Alternative Text file is used to control the replacement of the selected ISOGEN standard text string. You can also turn on or off, the selected ISOGEN standard text string from the drawing. Alternative Text files have a .ALT extension. Some standard text strings related to pipe spool drawing are listed in the following table.
