To Create an Arc Using Center and Endpoints
1. Click Sketch and then click the arrow next to Arc.
2. Click
Center and Ends. The arc tool opens.
3. Select a point for the arc center point. A construction circle is created.
4. Move the pointer to the desired radius and click to place it.
5. Select a point for the first endpoint. The construction circle is removed.
6. Select the second endpoint. The arc is created.
