To Measure the Distance Between Two Entities
You can measure the distance between the following:
• Two points
• Two parallel lines
• A point and a line
1. Click Draft on the LEGACY DWG menu.
2. Click Tools on the DRAFT menu.
3. Click Meas Dist on the TOOLS menu.
4. Pick two entities.
5. Use Query Sel on the GET SELECT menu, if necessary. The Message Window displays the measured distance between them, as well as the distance in the X- and Y-direction, where appropriate.
