To Create an Ellipse Using Pnt/Pnt/Ang
Pnt/Pnt/Ang creates an ellipse by defining the length and orientation of the major axis, then specifying a rotation angle about the major axis.
1. Click Draft on the LEGACY DWG menu. The DFT CREATE menu appears.
2. Click Adv Geom on the DFT CREATE menu. The ADV DRAFT menu appears.
3. Click ELLIPSE > Pnt/Pnt/Ang.
4. Pick two points on the ellipse that define the major axis. The center of the ellipse is drawn halfway between the selected points.
5. Specify an angle of rotation about the major axis.
