About Creating Witness Lines for Radius and Diameter Driven Dimensions
When you move the dimension arrows away from the reference geometry, the witness lines are automatically created from the reference geometry to the dimension arrows. However, if you move the dimension arrow close to the other end of the reference geometry, the witness line is created from the other end of the geometry.
You can manually snap the end of the witness line to the reference geometry by pressing SHIFT and dragging the dragger near the reference geometry.
