To Use Reference Quilts
You can specify reference quilts to define the depth of your Mill Window. Use this functionality if the surfaces below the window contain multiple small patches at different depths (for example, geometry created as a result of IGES import).
1. Click Manufacturing > Manufacturing Geometry > Reference Quilts. The REF QUILTS menu appears.
2. Use the following options:
◦ Add—Select quilts (surface features) to use as machining references.
◦ Remove—Remove previously selected quilts.
◦ Show—Show selected quilts.
3. Click Done/Return when finished.
