To Navigate a Layout
1. On the View tab, select a navigation method:
◦ Refit—Zooms and pans the view to accommodate all of the elements in a layout.
◦ Refit to Format—Zooms and pans the view to accommodate all of the elements within the format defined for a layout.
◦ Zoom In—Increases the magnification of an area in a layout by specifying its boundaries.
◦ Zoom Out—Decreases the magnification of a layout.
◦ Pan—Moves the layout.
◦ Zoom Port—Opens and closes the Zoom Port.
◦ Navigation > Previous—Returns the display to the previous view.
 
* These commands are also available on the Graphics toolbar.
2. Continue selecting commands to navigate the layout.
