Manipulating Folders
When you work with folders, you can use the Folder navigator toolbar buttons or the shortcut menu.
Using the Toolbar Icons
You can use the following icons to perform the related tasks:
—Creates a new folder.
—Deletes selected folders.
—Opens the
Windchill cabinets.

—Opens the
Windchill workspace.

—Opens the working directory.
Using the Shortcut Menu
To open a shortcut menu, right-click an item in the Folder navigator. The commands on the shortcut menu vary depending on the task and your permissions. The shortcut menu lists the following commands:
• New Folder—Adds a sub folder to the selected folder.
• Open—Opens a folder in the Creo browser.
• Expand—Expands a node.
• Set Working Directory—Designates the selected directory as the working directory.
• Rename—Renames a selected folder.
• Delete—Deletes a selected folder and all sub folders.
