About Previewing a Board in the Flat State
You can preview the flat state of the ECAD assembly in an accessory window. The Preview window is available in verify mode when you create or redefine most features. The window closes when you create or redefine a feature, and it automatically reopens after the action is completed. Keep in mind the following points when previewing the flat state:
• You must set a fixed geometry reference for the preview, unless one is already defined for the part.
• Geometry that cannot be unbent is highlighted. To change the default color, click
File >
Options >
System Colors. Expand the
Graphics branch and specify a color for
Secondary previewed geometry.
