You can edit the actual dimension note by using the Note Properties dialog box that opens by double-clicking on the actual dimension note. You can edit all the text within the note. The dimension note can be removed or modified as necessary. Modifications made to the text style are applied to the entire note including the dimensions. The modifications made to the text style are not applied to the geometric tolerances within the actual dimension note. The text height and text width of tolerances within the note are controlled by the tol_text_height_factor and tol_text_width_factor configuration options.

You can modify the tolerance mode and tolerance values. Modifications made to the text height and text width only affect the dimension values in the actual dimension note, while modifications made to the color affects the entire note including the dimensions. Modifications made to the dimension text does not affect the dimensions called out in notes.
