To Insert or Remove Rows or Columns
To Insert a Row or Column
1. Open a drawing.
2. On the Table tab, click Add Column to add a column or Add Row to add a row.
3. Do one of the following:
Select a horizontal line in the table to insert a row. A new row is placed between the two rows that border the selected line.
Select a vertical line in the table to insert a column. A new column is placed between the two columns that border the selected line.
 
* Hold down the CTRL key to select more than one row or column.
To Remove a Table, Column, or a Row
1. Click a cell in the column or row you want to remove. Hold down the CTRL key to select more than one cell.
2. On the Table tab, perform one of the following operations:
Click Select Table to select a table to delete.
Click the arrow next to Select Table and click Select Column to select a column to delete.
Click the arrow next to Select Table and click Select Row to select a row to delete.
3. Right-click and click Delete on the shortcut menu. Alternatively, press the DEL key. The table, column, or row is deleted.
Alternatively, perform the following operations to delete a row, column, or a table:
1. Click a cell in the column or row you want to remove. Hold down the CTRL key to select more than one cell.
2. Right-click and click Pick From List on the shortcut menu. The Pick From List dialog box appears.
3. Select a row, column, or table and click OK. The selected row, column, or table appears highlighted.
4. Right-click and click Delete on the shortcut menu. Alternatively, press the DEL key. The selected row, column, or table is deleted.
