To Copy and Paste Cells or Cell Contents
To copy cell contents from one cell to another empty table cell:
1. Select the table cell from which to copy the contents.
2. Right-click on a table cell from which to copy contents, and click Copy on the shortcut menu.
3. Select another empty table cell where you would like to paste the contents.
4. Right-click a table cell in which to paste the contents, and click Paste on the shortcut menu.

Use the following procedure to copy a table.
1. Select the table to copy.
2. Right-click and click Copy on the shortcut menu.
3. Click in the graphics window to come out of table selection.
4. Right-click and click Paste on the shortcut menu.
5. The Select Point dialog box opens along with the clipboard window showing the copied object.
6. Click to select a transition point on the object in the clipboard. (The cursor will be attached at the selected point.)
7. Select one of the options on the Select Point dialog box to place the table in the drawing. The table is pasted at the selected location.
