To Import Windchill Attributes of CATIA V5 CAD Documents

Data Management > Managing Heterogeneous CAD Data > CATIA-Centric HDIC > To Import Windchill Attributes of CATIA V5 CAD Documents

1. Check in a CATPart to Windchill.

2. View the Details page of the CATPart CAD Document in the Creo browser to verify its attributes and their values.

3. Open the CATPart as a Translated Image Model (TIM) in the Creo application.

4. Check in the TIM part.

5. Click Tools > Parameters and verify the attributes of the CATPart that are mapped as parameters of the TIM part in the Parameters dialog box.

6. Open the Details page of the derived CAD Document in the Creo browser to verify the parameters. The Details page lists the imported parameters of the derived CAD Document.
