When you back up or save an assembly in a simplified representation without all components in memory, a warning message appears. You can continue or cancel the operation. The warning appears when some components are missing during an operation of File > Save As > Backup to a local directory, or File > Save to a connected workspace, for example, from a local disk to a Pro/INTRALINK database. Bring all necessary components of the assembly into session before saving the file.
