Placement Preference Configuration Options
Some placement preferences can be controlled by setting the following configuration options:
• auto_place_max_number—Set the default value for the maximum number of matches allowed.
• autoplace_single_comp—Place the component at the first position satisfying the interface definition.
• check_interface_criteria—Check for interfaces when placing a component.
• create_temp_interfaces—Create a temporary component interface and automatically place a component.
• comp_assesmble_with_interface—Assemble a component multiple times using an interface.
• comp_placement_assumptions—Use placement assumptions when placing components.
