The following measure parameters are specific to Plane type measure steps:

GRID_ANGLE

Defines the UV grid orientation for automatic points distribution. GRID_ANGLE specifies the angle between the U direction and the X axis of the reference coordinate system (see illustration below). The default is a dash (-), which corresponds to the grid angle of 0.

SCAN_TYPE

Refers to the way the probe moves along the path. If the value of SCAN_TYPE is TYPE_1, the system generates the probe path by connecting all the measure points in a linear fashion. If the value of SCAN_TYPE is ZIG_ZAG, the scanning is in a zigzag fashion where the probe path changes direction at every point.
