Publish Geometry Feature in the Footer

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
When you create Publish Geometry features, they are placed in the Model Tree footer by default.
The Publish Geometry features cannot be removed from the footer by default.
During the regeneration process, the Publish Geometry features are evaluated at the end. Placing them in the Model Tree footer aligns their location with the regeneration of the feature.
This enhancement improves usability by aligning the behavior of the Publish Geometry feature location with its regeneration.
