What is the benefit of this enhancement?
In Creo 7.0.0.0, you can design multibody parts and use them in Creo Simulation Live. You can create multiple bodies for different design purposes, such as for the fluid cavity and solid geometry bodies. Use the concept of the construction body to exclude bodies representing cavities from the part geometry. You can also directly select bodies representing cavities as a fluid domain for a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation.
Easily move bodies and define positional states of bodies with family tables or simplified representations, using the Move feature.
Using multibody design in Creo 7.0.0.0 you can design and optimize cavity geometry in a more efficient, flexible, and easier way, by designating it as a separate body while in the context of the entire part. This enhancement saves you time by simplifying exploration inside a part model instead of creating separate parts for an assembly.
