To Move or Copy a Sheet in a Drawing
1. Open a drawing.
2. Select a sheet that you want to copy. If you do not select a sheet, the current sheet is copied. You can select multiple sheets to copy or move.
3. On the Layout tab, in the Document group, click Move or Copy Sheets. Alternatively, right-click the required sheet on the Sheets bar and click Move or Copy on the shortcut menu. The Move or Copy Sheet dialog box opens.
4. Select the sheet after which you want to place the moved or copied sheet.
5. Click the Create a copy check box if you want to make a copy of the selected sheet.
6. Click OK. A new sheet with a new name is created after the sheet selected in the Move or Copy Sheet dialog box. If you do not click the Create a copy check box, the selected sheet is placed after the sheet selected in the Move or Copy Sheet dialog box.
When you copy a sheet, the newly created sheet contains all items that can exist with the same definition, such as views and drawing annotations. Items that cannot exist with the same definition, such as shown model annotations, table segments, are not copied in the new sheet.
As a sheet is copied in its entirety, items that reference other items on the same sheet will reference the copies of those items on the new sheet. Copies of items that reference items on other sheets that are not copied, continue to reference their original object. All copied items are renamed according to their default naming conventions.
You can also move a sheet by dragging the sheet to a new position along the sheets listed on the Sheets bar.

When the drawing includes a process assembly, the Create a copy check box is automatically selected. You cannot deselect this check box. The Process State dialog box opens and prompts you to select a step. Click OK to insert the copied process sheet at the position specified in the list.
