Boundary Conditions
In the Properties panel, you can assign each boundary a specific independent dynamics boundary condition attribute for translation or rotation. You can specify the following boundary condition types for both translation and rotation:
Default—Boundary is not linked to specified dynamics.
Dynamic BC—Creates a one-way link to the specified dynamics from a selected boundary. This couples the boundary to the ODE equation. Connecting multiple boundaries to a Dynamics module includes all their contributions such as integrated pressure to the ODE as one source. In theory, multiple Dynamics modules can be connected to a single boundary, although the resulting motion of the volume must include the influence of multiple ODEs.

* You need to assign a boundary because a dynamic boundary condition is relevant only if the Flow module is active and Force Balance motion type is used. Connecting a boundary to a Dynamics module does not move the boundary. To specify a motion of the boundary, follow these steps:
1. Under Common select Volume Remesh.
2. Under Method select By Dynamics.
3. Under Dynamics, select Translation (1 DOF) or Rotation (1 DOF).
