• Points—Select this option to distribute a load or mass over one or more points or vertices. You can create points as needed, or you can select any of the following:

◦ a single point or vertex

◦ a point feature (includes one or more single points)

◦ a pattern of point features

• Edges/Curves—Select this option to distribute a load or mass over one or more edges or curves. You can select edges or curves.

• Surfaces—Select this option to distribute a load or mass over one or more surfaces or a surface set. The Surface Sets option is available only when you select Surfaces. Click Surface Sets to open the Surface Sets dialog box and create a surface set.
