Output Options for Thermal Analyses
The following items appear on the Output tab on the dialog boxes for steady-state thermal and transient thermal analyses:
Heat Flux—Allows calculation of heat flux as a part of the analysis. This check box is selected by default. Clear this check box if you do not want to calculate heat flux.
Plotting Grid—Specifies the density of the plotting grid that determines where Creo Simulate calculates results.
Output Steps—Specifies the steps in the time range at which you want Creo Simulate to report results. For a steady-state thermal analysis the Output Steps area is available only if the Nonlinear / Use Load Histories check box is selected.

* You cannot define load histories for an analysis of a model that does not contain any nonlinearities.
