To View Shrinkage Information
1. On the Mold or Cast tab, click Analysis > Shrinkage Information. The INFORMATION WINDOW opens and displays the following information:
◦ The name of the design model.
◦ Status of the design model, that is, shrunk or not shrunk.
◦ The formula used for calculating shrinkage.
◦ For shrinkage by scaling, the name of the coordinate system.
◦ All shrinkage values set for the model.
2. Click Close.
You can also view information on shrinkage applied to the part using another method:
1. Click Tools > Investigate > Mold or click Tools > Investigate > Cast. The Mold Information or the Cast Information dialog box opens.
2. Under Type, make sure that the Shrinkage check box is selected and click Apply. The INFORMATION WINDOW opens and displays information on all the components and the shrinkage applied to the model.
