The command search tool enables you to find commands faster and preview the location of the command on the user interface. You can preview the location only if the command is located on the ribbon, Quick Access toolbar, Graphics toolbar, or File menu. You can also run a command by clicking the command in the search list.

The tool displays commands not in the ribbon under the Commands not in the ribbon category in the search list. The tool searches commands within the current mode.

The command search tool also enables you to search for SolidWorks commands and display their corresponding Creo commands.
